Implementation workshop (3 hours)
Do you want to work with the PCI® Tools but need help getting started? We start with a 1-on-1 conversation where we define together where your primary focus should be for your culture work.
We will then guide you through a PCI® Culture Analysis and together with your certified employees we will facilitate the Implementation Workshop. This way, you get help with implementation and are equipped to develop a strong culture that creates healthy and strong results in the future.
