Through leadership culture measurements, dialogue, theory, exercises and reflections, you as a team will create a common language for your leadership that leads to a common direction and understanding between you, so you avoid falling into the operational trap.

Tools to empower your teams
In our leadership TEAM training, you'll work with process tools for leaders, and you'll also receive certification in our TEAM wheel, which is a dialogue tool, and our data tool - the PCI culture analysis - for working with team culture. In this way, you'll get the tools you need to work well together both in your leadership team and in your employee teams.
A customised platform
The Management TEAM programme is adapted to your organisation and you can include your own reflections on management in the course to make it practice-oriented. You also get access to a customised online portal in your 'design universe', making it appear as an internal academy. This gives you an overview along the way and unites the team throughout the process - even with ongoing changes in the management team, as it remains yours. You can also upload other important management information here, so it's all in one place.

- Quarterly in-person seminar (4 hours)
- OPTION: Yearly (24 hour seminar with physical attendance)
- OPTION: 1-1 management coaching online/physical throughout the programme.
Ex3's management team training consists of 30 modules, tailored to fit your pace. It includes webinars, online training and face-to-face meetings for in-depth immersion and an empowered leadership team.
Each module is based on a keyword from our process model 'The Leadership Diamond'. This forms the foundation for a shared understanding of leadership across generations, theoretical approaches and leadership experiences. At the end of the process, the organisation has a stronger culture and the leaders have developed an embedded emotional intelligence.
The programme is facilitated by experienced and skilled trainers with both the professional and practical toolbox full.
