Thorough digital introduction - When it suits you
The cultural analysis starts with a digital introduction of the Team Wheel to give the facilitator and participants a good understanding of what the process is about and how to complete it.
Simple questionnaire - and fast
You'll receive an email with a link to the questionnaire, and through your own systems, you can send it out to participants. The questionnaire is quick and easy and takes a maximum of 10 minutes to complete, so you can spend the time on the subsequent process work.
Data processing visualised
Once all participants have responded, Ex3 creates a status report of your results. In the data processing, the results from the questionnaire are combined in a series of graphical visualisations that become the starting point for feedback and dialogue about your team's focus and strengths.
PCI® Feedback - and the start of your process work
The PCI® Culture Analysis is completed with a review of the results and your progress report in collaboration with a PCI® Certified Consultant. Process work is the best path to the most rewarding results, and it gives you full currency on the insights from your cultural analysis.
