1. Create analysis - select questionnaire and respondents

2. Questionnaires are sent out and answered anonymously
Questions and questionnaires are designed for an intuitive user experience so respondents can answer them quickly. It only takes 3-15 minutes to complete.
3. View analytics data and graphs
Once the responses are collected, you can view the results and insights about your culture - visualised with easy-to-understand graphs. Use the insights to identify both strengths and development areas to target your efforts effectively.
