With a PCI® Certification, you learn to work with our PCI® Culture Analysis and PCI® Dialogue Tools.

We've made it easy for you to measure and work with your culture, and with this certification we teach you how. You get the tools, skills and everything you need to work with data, dialogue and education.

With our PCI® Certification, you'll be able to:

Create and manage cultural analyses

You can use PCI® Culture Analysis to explore organisational cultures, create and manage analytics via the PCI® Platform, and use data and graphs to initiate dialogues and make conscious, strategic choices.

You can use the PCI® Dialogue Tools to structure and open dialogues with key concepts. The tools make it possible to minimise preparation and ensure that all participants are engaged, have speaking time and actively contribute to the reflections.

You can facilitate in-depth reflections and conversations that raise awareness of the dynamics between people. This creates fertile ground for new ways of communicating, collaborating and driving change in the organisation.

You can implement the PCI® methodology to support a leadership style that promotes cohesion, followership and a strategic approach to culture development, ensuring stronger ownership in the organisation.

You can use the dialogue tools to strengthen team interaction, increase engagement and build community. The conversations help to capitalise on the strengths of diversity and provide a springboard for joint action and increased team performance.

You can integrate concrete tools that enable the organisation to combine data, reflection and dialogue in both daily and strategic processes. This strengthens the organisation's ability to navigate complex challenges.

The certification consists of 7 phases

1. E-learning - online masterclass

The first part of the programme takes place online. Upon enrolment, you get access to the Ex3 portal where you have access to all the basic certification material. This part is self-study, which you must have completed before we meet on the method and facilitation day.

The basic certification material consists of reading material, videos, multiple choice tests and more, where you learn about People Culture Intelligence and the six cultural building blocks that form the basis of the PCI® method. You will be introduced to the tools, processes and theoretical foundation of the PCI® method, and you will be introduced to facilitating with the PCI® tools.

To create the best foundation for your certification, we're hosting this Kick off webinar where you meet us and the other participants.

We will walk you through the certification process with recommendations on how to get the most out of the certification and tools. The webinar is recorded and will be available along with the other certification material for you to view again.

Held approximately one and a half weeks before the method and facilitation day.

As we get closer to the methodology and certification day, we organise a Q&A. In this Q&A, you can ask questions and get answers to everything about the PCI® Certification - from content and learning objectives to practical information. The webinar is recorded and will be available together with the other certification material for you to watch again.

Held 2-3 business days before the methodology and facilitation day

This day is a practice day where we will train the use of the PCI® tools. We will dive into analysing data from the PCI® Culture Analysis and prepare you to use the PCI® Dialogue tools in your everyday work.

This day is based on the PCI® Model Team Wheel, which is central to developing culture in all organisations.

On this training day, including catering, we focus on PCI® Models within leadership development, organisational development and personal development. You are now familiar with the structure and the PCI® Method itself, and after this day you will be able to nuance your approach to cultural development in your organisation.

Held 2 weeks after the methodology and facilitation day

This period is dedicated to training in the PCI® Tools so you become familiar with the methodology and can apply it in practice. As part of the certification, you get a 2-month subscription to the PCI® Platform, from which you can generate PCI® Culture Analyses and work with your own results. In addition, you will receive a voucher for 1-on-1 sparring with 4 sessions of 15 minutes each.

Start: On the method and facilitation day

The certification is completed with a multiple-choice test. The test is the final part before you can receive your certification certificate that you have completed and passed the PCI® Certification.

You can take the test after the method and facilitation day and at the latest at the end of the 2-month training period.

Ex3 Portal and Community:
Your gateway to sparring and development

Your certification includes a 2-month subscription to the Ex3 Portal, where you get access to extensive process and inspirational material to support your development in using the PCI® tools. The Ex3 Portal is also a platform for community and knowledge sharing among all Ex3 certificants, with a forum for sparring and networking. As a certified member, you participate in an active community that promotes continuous learning and collective development so you can create effective change. A subscription is required along with the certification to use PCI® Culture Analyses.

Closed internal certification

Get a certification adapted to your organisational form, cultural needs, core tasks and daily life, so that the certification is anchored in your managers' everyday work. With a common, internal PCI® Certification, you are qualified to use the PCI® tools effectively in your daily practice with a common basic understanding for everyone.

ONSTAGE

CERTIFICATION DAY

 

A practice-oriented day where we dive into the dialogue and PCI tools and practice facilitation. A day with the opportunity to get the Ex3 toolbox under your skin.

Duration: 8.5 hours

Phase 4

DIGITAL

COMPLETION

 

 Completion of the BECOME certification and deeper dive into the individual models. In addition, participation in webinar and Q&A, review of how-to documents and multiple-choice test

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Phase 5

COMMUNITY

Phase 5 takes place through an Ex3 Executive Partnership. Here you have access to the Partner Portal, where you can expand your knowledge of the Ex3 universe and toolbox through guides, videos and Q&As. Here you will also find inspiration for internal and external presentation of the Ex3 People concept & PCI as a tool and process facilitation.

The duration of the programme is approximately 2.5 days including preparation. The mandatory activities include participation in an introductory webinar and online preparation prior to physically attending the facilitation day, where we physically gather around the Ex3 tools - either here with us or with you. Finally, an online certification.

With this certification, you will gain a basic understanding of how to use the Ex3 tools. You will be introduced to the PCI analysis, People Culture Indicators, which qualifies your work with data to further target your efforts.  

You will be introduced and trained in the use of our transformative dialogue tools that save preparation time, streamline processes and minimise workshop costs. This approach is both freeing and framing, where participants become co-players in creating a psychologically safe space where they are actively involved and can give their input. The tools help to initiate the right actions and promote engagement by creating a basis for shared responsibility. 

You will be introduced to the Team Wheel, Leadership Diamond, Organisation Wheel and FLOW Core

You'll be invited into our community, where you'll be played well by other certificants and us at Ex3 People, who share tips and tricks.

This certification gives you a common basic understanding of how to use the Ex3 tools. You will be introduced to the PCI analysis, People Culture Indicators, which qualifies your task solution with data so that your efforts can be further targeted.  

The closed certification is offered as an internal certification that qualifies your managers to use the Ex3 Dialogue tools effectively in their daily practice. This certification offers you a customised solution for your development and change processes with a focus on team culture.

Your managers will be trained in this free-flowing and framing approach, where their employees become co-players in creating a psychologically safe space where they are actively involved and can give their input. The tools help to initiate the right actions and promote engagement by creating a foundation for shared responsibility. The course is adapted to your organisational form, cultural needs, core tasks and daily life, so that the certification is anchored in managers' everyday work.

After certification, your leaders will be able to focus on establishing and maintaining a common cultural foundation in your organisation.
