With a strong theoretical foundation formulated in Ex3 consciousness and many years of experience in management and organisational development, business operations, owner management, HR, etc. we have developed business & culture models that form the basis for dialogue and practice-oriented culture measurements with what we call PCI - culture analyses People Culture Indicators.

Our methodology and tools are key to building and leading valuable and dignified company cultures. The foundation is a combined 80 years of experience working with people and culture. Business & Culture models and tools are continuously validated by psychologists, sociologists, computer scientists and many other perspectives that illuminate and frame leadership, team dynamics, cultural awareness and sustainability in a broad sense.

Ex3′ The toolbox is well-stocked and heavily weighted. We have built an inspiratorium of many years of discoveries and experiences. We have collective ownership of theories, learnings and trainings. We have personal ownership of how we communicate and create approaches. The mindset behind our work is a nourishing concoction of inspiration and ideas. Business thoughts are flavoured with psychology and pedagogy. Philosophy flavoured with sociology and anthropology. We combine past with present, flavoured with future. We are word equilibrists with a penchant for reflection and proactivity. To give it all substance, we are rooted in a few basic principles on which we build our essential consciousness.

Knowledge, wisdom and experience brought into play

Ex3 is born out of a strong desire to make an impact on the world. We have a passion for people, and we've brought this into play in our models, which speak to today's paradigm shift in terms of the demands and trends involved in navigating as a leader in companies and organisations. 

We are a team with a wealth of knowledge, deep wisdom and experience. 

Experience from more than 100 years of combined experience as a senior consultants with strong employment records, diverse leadership experiences, both as owner-managers and managers in the public and private sectors. A wide range of relevant educational backgrounds, as well as both deep and broad experiences as HR consultants and HR management competences and profile tools. Business development is both a strategic and practical discipline for us.

Knowledge is a wide range of programmes in business psychology, management, NLP, HR, media science, computer science, personal development, languages, literature, teaching, etc. It is the many certifications in profile tools and other business and organisational development tools.

Wisdom is the educational journey we have all been on, the insights we have experienced first-hand, the successes and setbacks we have had over a long working life. Wisdom is the stories that we each carry with us and that in different ways define us as people.

Our inner guiding star

Ex3 started out in the consultancy industry in spring 2020, where we tried to look into the future. Then, as now, with the starting point People, Planet, Profit.

After a few months, it became clear that we had visions and values that needed to take on a life of their own. From there, we created the Ex3 models to support business and organisational development processes at all levels, based on the Ex3 core: Explore Extend Exceed.

The learning in this process was that we first tried to create Ex3 from the outside in, but that we had far greater power if we came from the inside out. Thus, Ex3 had been given a life of its own.

We started with what we had learnt from life's journey. That's why Ex3 was created with both a purpose of wanting to make a difference and an energy to lift people and organisations into the future. With a combined 80 years of experience from the consulting industry, HR, management, entrepreneurship, owner management, concept development and an ability to see the big picture, we have created a concept that can strengthen foundations, expand potential and create cohesion in the vast majority of contexts where people work with development and change.

We have the most amazing environment for the creative processes that are part of our everyday life when we work with visions, develop with models, set the framework for certifications and education or develop with software that can support cultural design in organisations. 

We live in the old dairy in Stilling near Skanderborg. We hold on to the old idea of sharing, which was also about community, influence, value creation and relationships. The dairy's setting and interior design support visionary thoughts, authenticity and curiosity. Combined with a holistic and sustainable approach, we create greater awareness and future-proof organisations.
