MATAS

Two middle management groups of 8 participants each with participation from top management and administration from eCommerce in Matas, which has an annual turnover of €1.7 billion.

In the hustle and bustle of winter, when all records had been broken on the KPI section, it had come at the expense of the otherwise good working environment. Therefore, it was time to take stock of the cultural aspect and incorporate a method to prevent this from happening in the future.

Each PCI workshop took 3 hours. Prior to the session, everyone had completed a PCI analysis (People Culture Indicators). Based on this, we unfolded the team culture and deep insights landed with the participants, which can now be consciously acted upon.

We are currently working on a deeper anchoring of the method in the MATAS organisation

Feedback:

'Everything you did was great - you are 'furiously amazing women'.

The team wheel and the process of using the PCI analysis as both a data and dialogue tool gave everyone insights they didn't have before. I have only received positive feedback from the participants. You were good at being present, thought-provoking and gave room for self-reflection, because the team wheel encourages self-examination. You can't hide when you're sitting in a circle. You have to be at the front of the bus and you can almost hear what the others are thinking. It invites deeper reflection within yourself. All this happened in a psychologically safe space created by the tool, where you are challenged in a good way. It gave us more energy for the next steps.'
